Privacy Notice

Last updated: 21 September 2026

This notice explains how TripleEM, operated by TRIPLEEM NEXUS LTD, handles personal information in connection with this website and business enquiries. It is written for a boutique technology firm website and should be read with our Terms of Use.

1. Who we are

TripleEM is our public brand. The controller of personal information described in this notice is:

TRIPLEEM NEXUS LTD
Company No. HE 443928
Registered in the Republic of Cyprus
Registration date: 20 February 2023

Registered office:

2 Agias Sofias
Alampra
2563 Nicosia
Cyprus

2. Scope

This notice covers:

  • visits to this website
  • business enquiries sent to us
  • communications by email, telephone, WhatsApp or Telegram when those channels are published
  • information you choose to provide through a booking or calendar link when one is published

It does not cover unrelated websites, apps or products that we do not operate.

3. Information we may receive

Depending on how you contact us, we may receive:

  • contact details you supply, such as your name, email address, telephone number or messaging username
  • the content of your enquiry and later correspondence
  • meeting or booking details you supply to a calendar or scheduling provider after you open that provider’s page
  • basic technical and security logs that a hosting or content-delivery provider may process, which can include IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, and browser or device information

We do not ask for special-category data through this website. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless we have asked for it through a secure, agreed process.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We use this information to:

  • respond to enquiries and communicate with you (performance of pre-contractual steps you request, or our legitimate interests in operating a B2B business)
  • operate, secure and improve the website (legitimate interests in running a reliable service, and legal obligations where they apply)
  • keep records where the law requires it
  • use consent where we specifically ask for it, if we later introduce a feature that relies on consent

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will consider the request and explain if a compelling ground or legal obligation still applies.

5. Third-party destinations

If this website publishes WhatsApp, Telegram or calendar booking links, those controls open the relevant external service. When you choose to use them, that provider’s own terms and privacy information apply. We do not control their cookies, logs or further processing, and we do not claim that those services are cookie-free.

Email and telephone links use your device’s normal applications. Your email or telephony provider may process that communication under their own terms.

6. Hosting

This website is a static site prepared for hosting behind a content-delivery network. The production host has not been treated as live in this notice. When the site is served publicly, the hosting or CDN provider may process IP addresses and standard request metadata to deliver pages, absorb traffic and protect against abuse. Those providers act on our instructions as processors for that technical purpose.

7. Cookies and analytics

The current website does not use advertising, remarketing or behavioural analytics. It does not intentionally set non-essential cookies. For that reason we do not currently display a cookie-consent banner.

A hosting or security layer may set a strictly necessary cookie if that is technically required to deliver or protect the site. If we later add analytics, tracking pixels, embedded third-party content or other non-essential cookies, this notice and our consent approach will be updated before those features go live.

8. Retention

General unsuccessful enquiries are normally kept for up to 12 months. Information relating to an active client or contract is kept for as long as needed for that relationship and for applicable legal or accounting obligations. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required, unless the law or an unresolved dispute requires us to keep it.

9. International transfers

Communications and hosting providers may process information outside Cyprus or the EEA. Where a transfer requires a legal safeguard, we will use an appropriate mechanism. This notice does not claim a specific transfer tool that has not been verified for the eventual production stack.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and data portability where it applies. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that already took place. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority. In Cyprus this is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
